Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Intimate or personal care items
- Perishable goods
Partial Refunds
May be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in original condition
- Returns after 30 days (if accepted)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
Items are replaced only if defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email support@reexana.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit will be issued once the return is received.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please contact us at support@reexana.com to receive the appropriate return address based on your location.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.
